We will do our best to process returns or exchanges within 30 business days of Lost Dog Cycling’s receipt of the returned item. Any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. In case of a return, once approved, a credit will be issued back to the original form of payment for the full purchase price, including applicable tax, but excluding shipping and handling. Depending on the original form of payment used, there may be a delay between us processing the refund and it posting to your account.

  1. Return Policy
    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt and in sellable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange. Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from Lost Dog Cycling only from the original purchaser. All returns for refund or exchange should be both unwashed and unworn. Please ensure the return order is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.

  2. Faulty Goods
    Committed to excellence, we stand by every product that leaves our hands to you. While it's uncommon, manufacturing faults do occur and should not be passed onto you. If you feel that your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact us. Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return. Receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to sender. Please ensure the return order is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.

  3. How to Return
    For returns, contact our Customer Service to begin the return process. You will need your order number, email address and/or receipt.

  4. Can I exchange my return item(s) for a different item?
    We can only process direct exchanges for a different color or size of the same type item, subject to availability and provided the desired item is the same price as the returned item. For all other requests, we will issue a refund based on the terms above and the desired item can be purchased separately in a new transaction.
