My go to bib shorts from the mountains, beach, centuries to social coffee rides, I lived in the black Range bib shorts for years. They are holding up so well and I bought the other colors when they were released. For the color bibs, I didn’t notice any unflattering sweat stains. Ive never had any issues with the Chamois. This has a bit more flexibility and stretch compared to the Pursuit bib, So I would say it’s ok to go down a size.
I generally start when it's chilly in the morning and the temperatures eventually heat up to 70+ degrees.. I'm able to stay comfortable all through my ride! It's not advertised, but the small reflective bits on the back is a great small safety feature especially riding around the city in the early mornings. The placement of the fabric panels and chamois work well with my body, I don't have to think about this bib. It just works so well!
These are the most comfortable bib shorts that I have! The chamois is comfortable even after a long ride. The straps don’t dig into my shoulders like I’ve experienced with other bibs. The cuff doesn’t bunch, slide up, or cinch my legs. I only have a black pair, but I have my eye on the red pair as well. I’m 5’ 2”, about 150lbs, and wear a size large comfortably.
